The best Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and easygoing. Hector is the man! Always takes time to chat with regulars no matter how busy. Drinks always made just right and I leave with a smile everytime 🙂
incredibly long line ups no matter time or day you go. super slow service and the waiting area is super crowded you have to really make sure you hear your name. the lineups are always out the door. like everyone says drinks are quite hit or miss not sure if this is because it gets super busy so everything is made quickly but i agree. i’ve walked out the store with my drink tasting bitter way too many times here. with that being said the employees are friendly and i think they...

I visited a week or so ago and I asked for a Venti Caramel Machiotto without whip. They were swamped but everyone was pleasant and as he said he was making mine I saw him grab the whip and we had a quick OH NO moment. He offered to make me a brand new one - it was perfect and although they are a busy location the staff is always smiling and having fun - as they say "it's just coffee!"
