Very rude staff. The guy was so unhelpful
The owners of this Subway are the absolute kindest people in the world. They remember my name, and one of the subs I order every time. They work hard and want the best for their business. Give them a try.
Salvi and Shivani are bubbly and friendly employees there. They made me a sub that was totally worth the price I paid. I’ve been to lots of other Subways-even worked as an employee at Subway a while ago-but hear me when I say this: they truly provide exceptional customer service and make the sandwich exactly the way you want it-nothing less, nothing more :)
I recently visited Subway and tried the Stampede Brisket, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich, and the brisket was tender and juicy. I also dined in, and the ambience was clean and comfortable, making the experience even better. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit. Definitely coming back!
Worst customer service ever- horrible subs, did not follow the order. Rude and dishonest employee.
I love coming to this Subway, the staff is always friendly and hardworking. There’s one guy in particular who is constantly working under pressure, and I feel awful for him because he has to deal with absolute chaos during lunchtime.
The students from St. Thomas More High School completely take over the place, making it unbearable for both customers and employees. They scream, swear, curse, and cause scenes every single time I go in. It’s disgusting behavior, and they have zero respect for the staff or the people trying to enjoy their lunch. Some of them don’t even order food—they just sit there, making Subway their personal hangout spot while disturbing everyone else.
It’s ridiculous that the school administration or any authority hasn’t stepped in to do something about this. No other business should have to tolerate this level of disrespect. There needs to be security measures in place because this has been going on for far too long.
I placed a large catering order at this location and I am extremely happy with my experience. I attempted to go to another Subway before this location and got completely dismissed, but the owner of this location, Bipin, was extremely helpful! He even helped ensure that my order was fulfilled when there were issues caused by the third party catering system which made me extremely upset. Bipin reassured me that he would have my order ready regardless of what was going on with EZCater and he did that and more.
Thank you to Bipin and the staff at this Subway location who helped me with this order and for ensuring our 400 team members were fed this weekend! I cannot recommend using this location for your catering needs enough. We will definitely be using this Subway location for our catering next year!!

Its dissapointing when you order online and they make you wait 30 mins more than your estimated pickup. Ordered online for 7.20 pickup and the guy starts prepping my order at 7.40
I was here at 7.20 to pickup but he kept addressing in store customers who came in after me.
You guys need more staff to support rush hours.
I am never coming back here. Save your time and money and go to another subway. You can probably go and come back with your food in lesser time.

went in to order for take out. the employee did not even greet me or have any dialogue exchanged with me besides "toasted? white cheese?" because she was on her personal phone through headphones talking to a friend instead, apparently. put gloves on, but there was a hair on my sandwich when I opened it up. was definitely hers. super disappointed. since when are people allowed to be on personal calls while serving customers? so inconsiderate. never going back to this location.

This place is great! These guys are friendly right off the bat, as well as being solidly competent, making your sub precisely the way you ask for it.They're also a bit more generous with their meats and cheeses than some other Subways tend to be. (Though, saying this, I hope that doesn't set up unfair and unrealistic expectations; that you're going to get excessive mounds and mounds of everything you want.)

Place was stinking with weird smell... Owner was not friendly at all.. He was rude to us and to be honest quiet disrespectful. He was looking down on people who had just come from other countries with disgust.. I am definitely avoiding that place in future.
