Placed a scheduled order for pick up. The subs were cold and soggy. Seems that they were probably made when the order was received rather than when it was scheduled for. However, the subs were made as instructed and they were not stingy with the toppings.

Amazing service and friendly approach by Hardeep at the counter while providing transaction portal and taking my order. Very polite and assisting with clear navigation with best options for my order.

I will need to try this place again. Perhaps I am overly sensitive today, but staff seemed indifferent or rude. Only person in the place. The tone...like I was bugging them. Lack of eye contact, attention to detail by the one in particular. Will try again and will stop coming if a pattern.

Spent $26 dollars on 3 subs that had hair in it called about it and they said on the phone “come in with your receipt” I go in with the receipt and they say that they can’t do anything if they don’t have proof and that it’s store policy, all I wanted was for the sandwich’s that had HAIR in it to be remade
The old owner was much nicer and had decently better workers the workers now are rude and almost always seem to be in a bad mood

This is the worst subway location I have ever been to. The workers are rude, unfriendly, they don't listen to you, they sigh and roll their eyes when customers walk in. I will never come to this location again. I don't need to spend money and get this type of attitude.

I come to this restaurant once in a while, the subway chef always greets me with friendly smile and asks how I'm doing. Narwan, remembers my order because I order the same thing but she remembers it so it saves me time. Very nice lady would recommend this store to my friends as well.
