Sandwich was fine, but there is absolutely no space to eat beacuse they are doing renovations. First of all why do renovations and be open? It smells awful and toxic, also the people sitting inside were not even eating! Leave space for customers not random people

Not really the store's fault but everything is super expensive. Even the pizza sub is over $10 and they barely put any meat on it. Feels like a rip off now and Subway was one of my favorite go-to places.

I got delivery from this location on Dec 27th Im only 15 mins walk away so i took the sub back, What is this seriously she argued with me that there is cheese on this then proceeded to grab the sub from me pull it apart and dig into the sub with gloved hands digging for cheese saying the mayo is cheese.. I will not go back here. This employee was beyond rude when I tell you rude. I mean, rude kept calling me, sir. I repeatedly told her that I was a female, pushed my buttons to the point I was going to snap and just had to leave refused to remake the sub that had next to no topping no extra mayo as requested and no cheese barley see the turkey... I complained on the app because the way I was treated was horrific.. of course nobody got back to me.. Of course, why would they, Like it honestly wouldn't have killed her just to remake it

Train your employees how to treat a customer! looks like he's being forced to work there. He is super rude and don't know how to talk 'POLITELY' I told him to scoop the bread out abit He was like 'WHY' (Brother I am not answering to you WHY I want my sandwich a certain way!) Just do your job or go home and sleep if you dont like working. dont spoil people's mood by showing your NON WELCOMING ATTITUDE.

Worst customer service ever. The guy iswho was working at night is arrogant and does not know how to deal with a customer. When asked him to scope the bread he said why and I'm not doing that like what is this as customer I'm not able to eat all the bread so are you going to refuse what I asked you to do. He was throwing stuff away and was extremely rude. Never coming back to this location worst customer service.

I came in at prime lunch time, there were a few people in line and one staff member working away.
I had placed my order online and waited while they prepared my sandwiches ahead of estimated pick up time.
Very satisfied with the taste, quality, and service.
Highly recommend online ordering as there are some sweet promos, great for those who are nervous ordering as well.
Will be back!

Probably the worst subway I’ve visited. I’m a frequent subway customer and I just moved to the area so I came to this location- the man in front of me was given attitude from the employee right off the bat as she wanted to complete her uber orders first.

He then had to ask for extra of every single ingredient he asked for on his veggie wrap as the employee was putting the smallest sprinkles possible onto the huge pita wrap and it was still extremely small in portion at the end.

I then ordered two foot long subs and again- like the man infront of me I had to ask for extra for every ingredient I requested as she was putting the smallest amounts possible onto my subs. $32 for two subs that barely had any toppings on them is ridiculous to be honest. I will be driving further to go to another location that will give me my moneys worth.

Service is horrible. I’m a patient person but this kid was sitting there going slow as heck making an order for something else? Just said hi but didn’t even say “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Proceeded to go slow making 4 other sandwiches. I wasn’t going to stand there and watch him go slow as hell, making sandwiches. I just left. First, put your customers first who walk in. Second, don’t be arrogant and ignore customers. I’ve worked in restaurants, and losing customers hit the store. I’ve read other reviews, and this store is awful. You also messed my sub before with loading it up with salt. Needs new management and hiring. Step up, Subway.

Refused to let me use the bathroom around 830pm saying they were out of order. A customer was ahead of me. So I said I will buy a drink when I get out as I had to go badly. No signs on either bathroom saying they were out of order. I tried calling there today and the manager wasn't in. She took my message but didn't seem to take me to serious and pretty much hung up on me before I could finish what I was saying. I tried to file a complaint online. And it needed a store locator #. I called back twice and no one answered and there was no voicemail to leave a message. I barely eat there as it is. Now I'm definitely not ever eating there again
