The Food was absolutely amazing! I recommend trying their chicken doner sandwich. Very tasty! Amazing customer service as well.

The food was great, and the staff was super friendly and made us feel really welcome. We were also served free ice cream, which was delicious, especially in this hot weather! We’ll definitely be back.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I expected a decent meal for the price, but it was far from acceptable. Definitely not worth the visit, and I won’t be coming back.

Update: now they are making chicken pockets small as compared to earlier.

Food is ok I guess, but dishonest business practices kill the vibe. Promoting the hell out of this new place on social media with a $5 meat pocket and $5 poutine throughout March. The food the influencers show off look so good. Decided to go and get both of those things- the meat pocket I got looked nothing like in the videos (much smaller) and the poutine had much less meat. Lured me in. Service was also super slow, 3 guys there with 1 just hanging around. Not gonna go back

Just to clarify i love this restaurant to death now i do not blame Sultan Ahmet directly but maybe staff a little more during the holy month, the other day i ordered $40 worth of food for my family for iftar in which door dash canceled my order after a 2 hour wait, then i re ordered and canceled after an hour wait in which door dash took my money and refused a refund. I really love this place but it was very unfortunate my family opened their iftar around 9pm. I hope to raise my review i am just very disappointed in my recent experience and loss of money with this lovely restaurant.

2025 Feb 8 edit: Portions have decreased; meat used to be piled high but is now just a sprinkle while prices have increased. Specials that are advertised are not granted unless asked for specifically. Will change this bad review and start telling people about you again if things go back to original

What an amazing food experience! Had the chicken pide, beef wrap, and beef sandwich
Bread was amazing; fresh and tasty, you can tell its made by a skilled hand.
Pide was hot and cheesy, loved the sesame seed crust!!
Beef wrap was exceptional. Fresh veggies and hot tasty beef on a hand made pita style wrap, and it was not small...
Even the tea i got while waiting was good!

Ill be back, often. Great new store, Sultan Ahmet!!!!
