Great little delicious ice cream shop at the mall but unfortunately employee told us when we called that they closed early today when we got there at 9:38pm. Hopefully they stay open per the posted schedule in future.

I went to lime ridge location and i order Dubai chocolate poutine and its so disappointing they add very less pistachio sauce they don’t even put on churros when i say its not like picture u have to add more they say u have to pay for it . It really very disappointing if u inspired from dubai chocolate just see how they serve to customer .

We tried their cookies and cream shake and root beer float. All tasted good. The milkshakes were not too sweet. It is just the right amount. It is conveniently located in limeridge mall that extends business hours to 11pm. Great staffs, efficient preparations, and easy to spot. I highly recommend.

JUST FYI: if your looking to get a hot mess don’t go after 9pm or roll the dice.
The lady working at the counter denied us a warm hot mess saying she already shut the ovens off, not very helpful. me and my sister enjoy coming here after a long day of work but we’re faced with this let down. we won’t let this one experience taint our shared indulgence.
Clean work area and great food with usually an amazing staff that go above and beyond (our favourite is the girl with the cool hair and earrings)

milkshakes were quite good, thick and flavorful just the way we like them. However, I wasn’t too impressed with the soft serve ice cream. The texture and taste didn’t really hit the mark for me. That said, the cone was fresh and crispy, which I appreciated. Overall, worth a visit for the shakes, but I’d probably skip the soft serve next time.

Very rude employee!!! They entered our order quantities incorrect when we asked to correct the quantity instead of correcting the their mistake, asked us to go back in the line and order the remaining quantities.

Order two pints (oh hungry and cookies cookies cookies and cream) and was honestly very disappointed with both of them. The oh hungry had tons of nuts and toppings in it which was great but the ice cream itself just tasted like frozen water, the cookies and cream was fairly similar...the cookies were ground up into a cookie dust and mixed in so it was overall just a gritty texture and the ice cream itself very bland. I've had cakes and soft serve from Sweet Jesus before and loved their ice cream itself so I was surprised at this very underwhelming order. Wish I'd gotten a pint of Ben and Jerry's instead.

Giving it a 1star because this establishment along with many others is what has destroyed and distorted tipping culture. Asking for a tip for doing your job and handing me an ice cream is wild. Staff was great, you should pay them more so you don't need to have your clients do it. ????
