Booked the Thanksgiving dinner far in advance, drove 40 minutes to this location and they had already sold out of the food. Very disappointing that no one could have let us know before hand as that was the only reason we went.
The Waterdown Keg is an amazing place to eat! My husband and I have eaten here many times, and have always been treated to excellent and friendly service. They have a choice of things on the menu, but let's face it: if you're going to the Keg, you're going for the steak. Every steak I have eaten here has been delicious and cooked to perfection. The appetizers and sides are also very tasty. The steaks are the best I've ever had, and that goes for the shrimp...
Staff is always pleasant. I would like to say that the manager there is amazing. He goes above and beyond in my opinion. I have been there over a dozen times and he on many occasions is always checking in and he seems like he's always on top of things. As for this most recent visit, I believe Suzy was taking care of us and she is thee epitome of what you would expect and want while dining out. Overall pleasant experience. I wish the keg would offer options such as grassfed/finished...
