This is a space that provides the use of an industrial kitchen to small community based businesses.The Kitchen runs a cafe a few days a week that has daily features from businesses using the kitchen. There are products available for purchase as well.A gem in downtown Hamilton providing an opportunity to start up companies.
This review is for Monster donuts which are made at the collective.They're honestly the greatest donuts I've ever had.Made fresh 3 days a week. Delivered to lots of locations.Rhubarb fritter, Caramel pretzel, Maple Walnut filled and the list goes on and on.Give em a try.

The crepes and baked goods are great. All of the ingredients that top the crepes are fresh and delicious, and the ladies at the counter have no problem with custom orders (albeit mine was a very simple peanut butter and syrup crepe). You really can't go wrong sticking to the menu, and the coffee is great. If you need a pick me up or your morning coffee, I can't suggest this place enough.
