Wish some of the tables would have been available for limited seating. Other places are open.

Unbelievably slow and ignorant service. One of their ovens is broken which I can understand so I ordered things that they had... they then gave the muffin I ordered which had been the last of the kind, to somebody else. They then asked me what I wanted and while I was taking a second to even see the options I had, one of the blessed employees decided to walk away and completely ignore me while i stood there struggling to deal with my fussing child who was starving. Will never be coming to this location again. Absolutely unbelievably disappointed.

Like I said before not the best the one in Hagersville Ontario is the worst one I’ve ever been to know if you go to the one in Cayuga It’s the best one I’ve ever been to so it’s a tossup

Susan the assistant manager, was very pushy about the rewards card after I said I didn’t want to use it I asked for my chilli for here and it wasn’t for here which is fine she was not super friendly to me personally and she wasn’t sure about the tills... decent experience. I’ve been to nicer Tim Hortons

The place needs to be cleaned .I saw a cockroach crawl underneath their ice cap machine which leads me to believe that they don't clean behind their equipment. Also they seem to be too busy smoking or eating food to train their staff because I had to deal with a new trainee struggling to deal with a lineup. I guess smoking is more important isn't it? I don't know who runs this store. But they should have people there who actually want to be there. Not make racial slurs to customers when they mess up what they want. Some pleasantly plump shorter woman with brown hair called my uncle a black racial slur under her breath while fixing his order. Personally I don't appreciate that one bit nor do I like walking into an establishment who makes their staff look miserable.
