Not only are all the staff incredibly pleasant, but they also go over and above SOP to make your experience/order exactly to your liking. I wanted a specific modification done to my sandwich and not only did they accommodate - but they even added a special touch of grilling the product afterward....which I never would have thought to do. The entire team should be commended for upholding the good name and professionalism that Tim Horton's stands upon. Thank you again!! 🥤🍩🥪💪

This was the only Tim Horton's, in as long as I can remember, that didn't make me feel like a number. They asked exactly how to make the food to our liking, made a substitution without complaint, and they actually cut it and bagged it without asking. They also are friendly and funny! Gold star!

I came in here earlier today and experienced the absolute worst customer service. I didn’t get the women’s name but she was white, on the larger side with blondish white hair and around mid 50’s. I had ordered 3 drinks, in which she took around 8-10 mins to make. On top of that, when she handed me my tea the cup was absolutely unusable, with the sides covered in the drink and the rim on the lid folded and ripped. When I proceeded to ask her to change the cup since if I drank from it, it would complete spill onto me, she sighed so loud and then changed it. When she was making the drink she spilt some of the boiling tea onto herself in which she reacted to, clearly seeing the state of the cup. Now, imagine if that boiling water was to pour into me or even other customers. Her attitude and service was terrible and outrageous. Is she is so unhappy with her job, quit and give it to those in need.

Arthur greets me with.a smile on office days and has my coffee ready for me when he sees me . Great service every time. Jen also works there now and see her for the afternoon coffee. She and I go way back to Caroline st Tim Hortons
