I came in here earlier today and experienced the absolute worst customer service. I didn’t get the women’s name but she was white, on the larger side with blondish white hair and around mid 50’s. I had ordered 3 drinks, in which she took around 8-10 mins to make. On top of that, when she handed me my tea the cup was absolutely unusable, with the sides covered in the drink and the rim on the lid folded and ripped. When I proceeded to ask her to change the cup since if I drank from it, it would complete spill onto me, she sighed so loud and then changed it. When she was making the drink she spilt some of the boiling tea onto herself in which she reacted to, clearly seeing the state of the cup. Now, imagine if that boiling water was to pour into me or even other customers. Her attitude and service was terrible and outrageous. Is she is so unhappy with her job, quit and give it to those in need.

I was just looking for a quick coffee and ended up at this Tim Hortons location in downtown Hamilton. Even though it’s right in the heart of the city, the place was clean, well-maintained, and had a calm vibe.
The customer service was excellent – the staff were friendly and efficient, making it a smooth and pleasant experience. Perfect spot for a quick caffeine fix when you’re in the area!
