Customer service is pretty good and their friendly but I expect them not to make mistakes when there's no rush. Every Monday I order from this timmies twice a day and I always get a medium latte with an extra shot of espresso with a sweetener. Probably 2 or 3 times they gave me a regular latte and none of my add ons. Went to the counter and told them to be sure but never got a complimentary item. For any customers make sure you repeat your order after you purchase it.

surprisingly the line moves quickly. they’ve got a good selection of baked goods when i’m there. convenient location. grab and go style tim’s.

May 26, 2024 I was just at this location and I'm standing at the cashier. A tim hortons employee with black/brown hair with olive skin was helping a previous customer. Then a white man standing in line she serves him before me. Then she tells me I have to go back in line to get served. Finally she serves me and then I give her my money and she's checking my money to see if it's real. Then she goes to a supervisor and gives them my money to check if it's real. Then she gives me my food and 3 drinks and doesn't give me any straws or a tray. I'm a black women I feel like this employee is racist. Never will I ever go back to this location again.

This will probably fall on deaf ears but management really needs to either provide customer service training or replace the elderly employees that work this location. They are always rude with an attitude like they are being forced to work. Replace them with immigrants or high school kids, atleast they will be happy to have a job.

horrible customer service my coffee was cold i ask employee to change and he argue with me said coffee is good and fresh coffee pot is almost finish and he said coffee is fresh.i ask his name he said Jonanthan but it's not right. his not wearing name tag so don't know what name is.

The sandwich boy was extremely rude and racist. My coworker and I went over to order a roasted beef sandwich.

When we were waiting for the order, the sandwich boy had finished a sandwich and used a quiet voice to shoot the name of the sandwich. None of us heard clearly. A gentleman (white) went up and asked. The sandwich boy talked to him and grabbed the name of his order. Then I went over to ask politely what’s that sandwich that’s been sitting there. The sandwich boy was rude and yelled to me that he can’t manage to service more than one customer at the same time.

A lady (white) then went up to ask the same question of the sandwich. He answered in a normal tone. Honestly I have never been treated in this way. Perhaps he was hurt by an Asian in the past but don’t project your hate on me. I hope the manager can check the camera and get a better understanding of what happened today between 1pm to 1:3pm.

I worked across the street from this Tim Hortons for 6 years, and was continually impressed by their service. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always very efficient. I never had to wait long for my order, even if there was a line during the morning rush they would get through the line very quickly. When I started using the mobile order option, my food was always ready when I came to pick it up and my order was always made correctly. I'm no longer in the area so thought I'd leave a review that I had years of good experience here! It was my favourite Tim's location.

My girlfriend waited 10 minutes for one coffee! When she complained to the counter staff, they gave her attitude and said "I'm getting to you hunny", even though several people had already been served ahead of her. Finally they realized that her order was missed and made her coffee but did not apologize! This is unacceptable! The service is so bad, we don't need attitude, we just need coffee with fast service! I don't know how the manager keeps their job, the service here has really gone down hill lately!!!!

Staff was very rude, I am a regular and frequent this location several times a day as I work near by, to add "I tip well" my sandwich was made wrong and several employees with snark added Their comments.

I wish a customer service auditor would vist them.

I get this may be a hard location to work at and they do have good staff here but they desperately need a management review!
