Tim Hortons is a great location with polite service, despite occasional order errors. The drive-thru entrance can be busy, but the staff works efficiently even with limited supplies during renovations. The only downside is the outdated bathroom. An incident with an incorrect iced coffee order revealed a need for better training, as the same mistake was made three times despite requesting almond milk instead of cream. Overall, the staff is friendly and quick to correct mistakes, making for a pleasant experience.
