First time ordering breakfast here. Austin was super friendly and attentive. He has the patience of a saint. The way he spoke to the customers and the way he answered the phone is not something I commonly see. The restaurant was clean and tidy. He explained the reason for the wait for my food and even asked to make sure it was okay. I appreciated the kindness and the tone in his voice while I waited first thing in the morning
I went to this Wendies for lunch just a couple days ago and it was a wonderful expirence! I ordered a Combo number 8 (chicken strips) on the Self order kiosk and it was very straight foreward. I got my food very quickly and it was Warm, well cooked and tasty. I absolutely loved the coca-cola freestyle machine which allowed for a vast veriety of soda flavours with Free refills Absolutely brilliant. not only was it quiet but it was very well decorated and clean. my only few critics...read full review
