Been coming to this location for 10 years seen it go up and down with the staff where the last 3 years it's been really bad during the evening. One of the employees that works the dine-in is horrible with the health and safety well dealing with food also takes orders and moves like the world revolves around this person. All regulars that see this know who I'm talking about

I absolutely love this location, it’s not the closest to my house but it is my preferred location. The staff always get my order right, there’s always enough vanilla and ice in my iced coffee. In this city it’s not easy to get someone to make an iced coffee the right way and with a decent amount of ice.
It’s the same EVERYTIME from this location.
5 stars!

Ordered Egg & Cheese Farmers wrap and they made it with Sausage. It’s Haraam for us to eat meat. When I went there to return meat wrap, manager making different faces as if it was my fault.

Please check Drive-Thru mic & headphones at this location. Not working properly.

Extremely slow. I would highly suggest hiring 2 to 3 more staff members for all shifts. For a sandwich that doesn't come with butter. This thing is loaded with it!

I hate this Tim Hortons, First they made us pay for another persons order,refused to give us our receipt and when we got the receipt it wasn’t even OUR receipt, WE DID NOT ORDER BLUEBERRY MUFFINS next when my mother order a xl tea the lady could barely hear and she gave us a small when we said she got xl she just said “..um no” and she closed the windows on us. The employees here are so rude and ignorant and I asked for no pork in my sandwich guess what it had pork!.

everyone that claims the service is bad because it’s slow or whatever clearly has never worked a day in fast food in their lives. with the minimal staff that’s on shift during the day and afternoon they do much better than you’d expect, and it’s pretty clean in the store for how grody and shady the area that this location is in. you can usually get in and out really quickly during midday and late evenings, but if you go during the rushes you’re gonna be waiting a while. that’s to be expected.

This location was actually a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly. They got my order correct. The speed was exceptional and the atmosphere was actually not bad.
I expected worse given the location but it was not bad. I recommend this location
