This is the slowest place in Hamilton with the slowest service. Even when it's not busy at all, we wait 30 minutes for a coffee. Whoever is the manager here should do their job properly. What a disgrace.

The staff here are amazing!! Courteous, friendly, quick, efficient and most of all a fun TEAM! The staff here are at a super busy location with schools close by. They handle the rushes with ease and a smile. Great group of staff!

Greeted warmly by Rif and the team. They are all amazing in spite of the stress and busyness. This is one of my favorite places in Hamilton. I love to stop here right off the highway. Great people, atmosphere, and community feeling.

TERRIBLE!!
They took 10minutes to serve each customer.
There were 2 people in front of me, and I've been in line for 20 minutes.
It's not even busy in here, yet everyone moves so slow, and they all look so confused.
They replaced all of the original workers with people who don't know what they're doing !

I don't understand when you have 8 staff working and have only 1 tilt open, when the lineup has more then 10 customers waiting to be served.

A Tim Hortons worker sounds very sick and she is coughing a lot all over the food area , she is not even wearing a medical mask , manager should send her home , she can’t be sick like that in a food business .

Messed up my drink then blamed me for it. Overcharged me and can never get a coffee made right so i get a tea cant make that right either avoid this location at all cost unless you want garbage

This place seems like a science experiment to raise your blood pressure, I’m not sure if this location only hires people with special needs as some sort of government work program but no matter what every single day without fail even if there’s only 2 or 3 people in line you’re waiting 10 minutes minimum for them to pour coffee in a cup and stir it. You would think it’s because they’re understaffed but there’s always plenty of people behind the counter, usually atleast two of them just wandering around swearing and yapping about their greasy home life. I do not blame a soul for not wanting to work hard on low wages, but this service goes way beyond the bare minimum. Horrible horrible service.
