The service is exceptional, and the staff have great attitudes, with excellent customer service from Carol at the front cash. While the menu has limited vegetarian choices, the farmers egg wrap with egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and crispy onions is a popular item, along with the White Hot Chocolate with a shot of espresso. Occasional mistakes during busy periods are understandable, and the staff are quick to correct any issues. The manager on Saturday was very nice helping with delivery questions. However, some customers have noted delays in orders being called out, leading to food getting cold, and suggest retraining for staff to improve service. The renovated location is bigger, but better order management is needed.
