I ordered delivery through their website and it was never delivered. Had to call and talk to the owner. It took an extra hour and cold food finally came. The owner and staff do not have any costumer service skills whatsoever.
Do not place an offer through the website (the only reason I used it was because there’s a language barrier calling for catering portions).
Will not use again.
the prices are high and the owner does not serve bread and sauces with 1kg kebabs but it costs him money, eventhough in the menu it is shown to be part of the platter. i requested to see the owner but dawood was no whete to be seen. the tables were dirty and no place to wash hands. i had the worst customer experience ever, a piece of advise, dont go to this place!
I don’t ever really write reviews on restaurants unless they are consistent with their food quality and standards. So with that being said, this is the third time I’ve ordered with Timmy’s and I definitely need to acknowledge this place. My husband and I order the same thing every time (we don’t really like change lol) and every single time with the two kebabs and rice it is ABSOLUTELY perfect. They don’t miss.
