“We absolutely love going to Vinny’s …. Maybe too much!! 😄 The staff is what really brings this place together. They are always friendly and fabulous. The food is amazing!! My personal favourites are Enzo’s homemade meatballs and the Lemon Garlic Spaghetti (I have 🍤 added). The daily specials are something we look forward to as well, especially half price apps on Thursday’s!! ... and we appreciate the large menu. There is something for everyone!! “We ordered a pizza here tonight, and we just gotta say it was great!
I used to get pizzas from Pizza Pizza when I was going to college in Toronto in 1982 and they were great. Over the years I became very disappointed every time I ordered going forward and thought I would be disappointed again.
Well I gotta say tonight's pizza was excellent and we will definitely order again. The 2 young girls in the shop nailed it, and we could tell the pizza wasn't just thrown together without any care for the presentation.

“This is the 4th time we’ve ordered panzerotti , the first time they were decent, second time we were given a small and a large pizza third time same thing we were given a small and a large pizza. Tonight we decided to give it a try again. Horrible. The underneath of both of them are mush and still dough.“

“Always a big fan of Pizza Hut, best wings in Sudbury but I’ve hesitated going to the valley for a while. Service usually slow and appeared disorganized, receive the wrong order sometimes (but still delicious). Decided to try again tonight and it felt very different, food great as always but my order was spot on and everything was clean and I received my order quickly. Awesome job Valley Pizza Hut. I’ll be coming back more 🤤🍕“

“My server Shana saved my life. Her service was so amazing I get actual full-body chills thinking about her. So attentive, so passionate, I could cry. Shana is the backbone of this restaurant. The glue of the industry, some might even say.

Our other server, I believe his name was Cole, was also fantastic. I did notice he may have some difficulty reading. At one point, he very confidently held up what he clearly believed was the menu and began running his finger along the page, pretending to read us the options. He was doing an extremely convincing job until we realized he wasn’t holding the menu at all. It was a $700 receipt from Arby’s. He continued “reading” it anyway, so we didn’t have the heart to tell him.

“I ordered a 10” Meat Mountain and wasn’t expecting much as I have had Toppers pizza before from the Notre Dame location and wasn’t expecting much as I was never impressed but this is the Toppers you want to go to. It was stacked. Cooked well and I had a hard time finishing it myself. As things are getting more expensive these days, I surly didn’t feel ripped off. Good job! I’ll definitely order from there again.“

“Went to the Toppers in Barrhaven on Strandherd Dr. Amazing pizza as usual. This is the only place we buy our pizza. The staff is great and always friendly.“

“I arrived at the store and nobody was at the counter. I picked up my pick up order and then made my way to the parking lot where staff was socializing with a white vehicle and had to ask them to come in and assist me. That staff then directed me to a female staff, Kylie, who explained that she could not help me and then walked away from me laughing saying she could not deal with me. I had to go out of my way to get service which then when staff were present, treated me with absolute disrespect. If this was my store, I would be sure to have my staff who are being paid to work for me doing their job instead of socializing or criticizing customers. Terrible customer service.“
