“Although the food is amazing the service today was horrible. Took our waitress 30 mins to take our food order and took another 30 mins before we even received our food. Our order wasn’t complicated either we ordered two personal pizzas and breadsticks. She came to our table twice. Amazing food horrible service.“

“Hands down the best pizza in Sudbury, ordered multiple times and have yet to be let down. Perfection every time. Always going above and beyond, no matter the time. Half an hour to close this time and still the best pizza I’ve ever had. The guy who works there every night deserves a raise as well. Hands down best customer experience you could ask for from him. “Never been a fan of vegetarian pizza but your place is the first one which moved my mind. I've been ordering tandoori chicken pizza several times, because.. oh my, the chicken is marinated so well i can taste it in each slice, and the amount of toppings are never questionable, moreover i would like to know the recipe for your dough because, the flavour of your bread is enough to make me take another bite. Have tried many different meat pizzas and the halal options were pretty good, they're my new go to pizza, kind of new addiction.“

“I arrived at the store and nobody was at the counter. I picked up my pick up order and then made my way to the parking lot where staff was socializing with a white vehicle and had to ask them to come in and assist me. That staff then directed me to a female staff, Kylie, who explained that she could not help me and then walked away from me laughing saying she could not deal with me. I had to go out of my way to get service which then when staff were present, treated me with absolute disrespect. If this was my store, I would be sure to have my staff who are being paid to work for me doing their job instead of socializing or criticizing customers. Terrible customer service.“
