“Some people in these reviews have no idea of how food service establishments operate & it really shows. Ever since this location had opened, I've almost nothing to say but wonderful things about the taste, service, etc. Yes, I've had butter & parmesan missing once or twice on my Stuffed Crust but this is as far as it went really. You'all want Hot & Ready 24/7 but I'm willing to bet my annual salary that the first day they provide you with that, a bunch of them will end up in the garbage bin after they close. This place seems to be working for quality, not quantity (comparing to the Lasalle location) & that's commendable by my standards anyway. Humble yourselves & you'll have a good time!“

“I ordered delivery a few nights ago. Sylvie took my order. She was super nice and didn't make me feel rushed. Shane was my delivery driver and he was great! He was very polite and I could tell he genuinely felt bad about his debit machine giving him some trouble. I texted him after to let him know that I forgot to give him my 10 stickers for my free pizza. He was grateful that I told him and he didn't mind coming back to get them.Great service. The food wasn't too bad. I feel like the boneless bites could have been presented better, as they were just kind of set in the sauce and not mixed very well at all.“

“The service and food were great. We loved the decor as well. The bruschetta with mushroom and prosciutto, ceasar salad, son of satan pizza, werewolf by night pizza and the pastas were all delicious. My only complaints were that it was a little dark to read the menus and very high traffic. Its best to make a reservation as it was very busy.“

“More of a delivery spot than pickup. They make good food, including subs (which, you're going to a pizza place, so, y'know...) but pickup experience is just so-so, bland building and all. But still, judging on food, they're one of the greats in the city.“
