Went to the Toppers in Barrhaven on Strandherd Dr. Amazing pizza as usual. This is the only place we buy our pizza. The staff is great and always friendly.
Tasty pizza, consistent quality, but rewards program could be better and don’t expect to walk right in to pick up your pizza if you order on the app and pre-pay, they have 1 line and if it’s busy you can stand in line waiting for 20-30 minutes to grab your pizza that’s sitting there getting cold. Need to have 2 lines, 1 designated to pre-paid when it’s busy.
Best heatwave pizza I have had in a long time! Great job!

Service experiences vary. One server, Matt, was super polite, and another staff member, Janet, was very kind, replacing a customer's dropped leftovers. However, the floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. The cashier seemed like she hated her job. The rewards program could be better. If ordering on the app and pre-paying, customers should not expect to walk right in; there is one line, and during busy times, people can stand in line for 20-30 minutes while their pizza gets cold. Staff tend to not know the prices, with a $2 difference between the sign and the charged price. The restaurant seems to be under new ownership.
