I'm very disappointed with this tim Hortons location. I often visit this location whenever i go inside they never pay attention they only pay attention to drive thru customers. Once I was waiting there for almost 10 minutes but no one took my order I left with anger and they didn't care. Few days ago I again went there and ask for coffee the employee said sorry we are closed it was 10:45 pm and the closing time is 11:00 pm I told her i check the timings and it's 11 pm and there's still 15 minutes left, but she replies we have to stay here until 11 but we close everything early so we can leave at 11. I was really mad at her I drove for 10 minutes to get the coffee, and this happened. There's always 1 employee or 2 how they can deal all the customers.

We ordered everything bagel with cream cheese and there’s no cream in it , we also requested for egg farmers with wrap and there’s no chipotle sauce , the team is just trying to get rid of clients so they can take next customer and the coffee is TRASH , absolute waste of money

RESPONSE to Tim Hortons below...do you think i should waste any more of my time on helping you fix your operational problems? You served 8 cars in drive through and only 1.5 people in the store while i was there and no one took ownership to help even when it was brought to their attention. You have incompetent management and/or entitled employees. You see how many 1 stars this place has and you have done nothing to solve it. Stop blowing smoke up your customers and just DO BETTER! REVIEW: If I could give 0 stars I would. When you go in to order you will wait forever to get service. There are 4 to 5 ppl on drive-through and 1 person on cash who acts likes there isn't a line out the door. Why are drive though customers more important than in store customers. They all know they are making people wait and if you ask of there is someone who can help the 1 person they ignore you. Complete lack of customer service and mismanagement

Horrid service.Rude. Ignorant to new employee thT was being trained.Put my bagel at the opposite end of the counter and didn't say a word. When I asked where it was they rudely said I already put it down there.Well....usually you hand it at the pass through, not at the opposite end where staff walks through. Also you should probably say "BAGeL". Or something to indicate that you set it where NOBODY was standing.Also when asked where it is, maybe start with "oh sorry! I SET IT down there"They need better training and management.

Tree Devil

Place a Skip the Dishes order for for coffee an donuts. Asked (and noted in order) for cups, napkins cream/milk & sugar and nothing delivered but a box of coffee and a dozen donuts. Hard to present to 10 people with nothing to drink

This is the worst Tim Hortons. I wish I could give them zero stars. They never get the order correct. I went drive thru and placed a simple order plain bagel toasted with peanut butter. When I opened it up there was no peanut butter on the bagel. So I had to drive all the way back. Wasted my time and ruined the start to my morning. If the staff paid more attention on the order rather than talking they could have gotten the order correct.

They charge more than the advertised price…. The displays showed the bacon grilled cheese was 5.99 but they actually charge 6.79…. That’s false advertising and I think against the Ontario price accuracy regulation…. The staff was not helpful at all, kept saying it’s the right price they just haven’t updated the display. When I asked if they could do anything for me, they said nope that’s the price… I asked to speak to a manager of course no one was there it’s only after pushing and pushing that one girl finally showed me her cell phone with the managers personal cell phone number… I’m tempted to post it here.
