We ordered everything bagel with cream cheese and there’s no cream in it , we also requested for egg farmers with wrap and there’s no chipotle sauce , the team is just trying to get rid of clients so they can take next customer and the coffee is TRASH , absolute waste of money
RESPONSE to Tim Hortons below...do you think i should waste any more of my time on helping you fix your operational problems? You served 8 cars in drive through and only 1.5 people in the store while i was there and no one took ownership to help even when it was brought to their attention. You have incompetent management and/or entitled employees. You see how many 1 stars this place has and you have done nothing to solve it. I'm very disappointed with this tim Hortons location. I often visit this location whenever i go inside they never pay attention they only pay attention to drive thru customers.
