I ordered two large trays of baklawa for my sons birthday but unfortunately on the day of his birthday my son got very sick, so we had to cancel. The manager kindly accepted a full refund with no need for an explanation. The customer service was beyond what I expected and I have ordered from here before and can say that they have the best baklawa ever. This is definitely the best baklava you'll find I'm the city. Probably the best in SW Ontario! If you're in the area, you'd be crazy not to check them out. You won't be dissapointed.

Me and my husband visited baklawa king today and the owner was so friendly and nice. The baklawa was really amazing and tasted right. It was my first visit and will return back soon to try everything they have.An update: I visited this place again and they charged me 22 cad for a small plate of baklava without weighing as they said it is with plate not with weight?!
