Excellent customer care, communication on point and very detail. She replies to her email fast. I ordered a square cake and the way the edges were sharp and proportional, well made and last but not least tasted so good. I am ready for my next order.

Lorraine did an amazing job on my daughters first birthday cake. We were recommended by a couple people on social media and are so happy we went with her! Lorraine is so kind , communication went so smoothly , and to place an order was very simple. The cake not only looked beautiful, but tasted absolutely delicious too. Wow I loved the cake I received for my 30th birthday! My mom sent a photo with a colour theme (taylor swift- pastel era) and she did amazing and respected the theme she asked for. It was really tasteful and exactly what we we wanted. I would ask her to do another cake for me in the future without hesitation! ☺️

I found Lila cakes online to prepare my wedding cake since I am new to the area, I had no recommendations so took a chance with Lila cakes. I do not regret it for 1 second! The cake for my wedding of 75 people (Jan 2024) was perfect! The vendor understood exactly the theme and the taste we were looking for.
