I was very annoyed to find a hidden charge on my bill because I asked for a mix of chicken and beef in the family platter (there's no mention of this on the menu, nor did the guy say anything when I asked). It's the same amount of meat, regardless of the type, so charging more is ridiculous. And the manager was obstinate when I brought it to his attention and refused to acknowledge the lack of transparency.

This is an amazing franchise! I love Amir the Lebanese style food is good. I always have a shish taouk, fries with their legendary garlic and an orange juice! Fills you up and taste amazing! This restaurant is always very clean and it is well located on Highway 17 in Hawkesbury! I am glad its part of this community. The best Amir restaurant in Canada. I have visited many locations of Amir. This one is the best. I recommend to all residents and visitors of Canada to visit this location. Very clean, good customer service, and delicious ? HALAL FOOD.
I usually dont write reviews but this location is so bad i had too. Came in at super time and they were limited in choices the salad bar was half empty. I settled and got the same as my husband, a sandwich wrap and potatoes. The food was cold, it was not fresh. It wasnt even edible even the potatoes were chewy. We wasted 30$ the food went into the garbage. Was the most blandly seasoned chicken ive had. Do not waste your money here.

I was on a business trip and stopped at this location and I was not disappointed. The two gentlemen that were working there were absolutely fantastic. I got plates and pitas and they were amazing. Very healthy amounts of chicken and salad and the potatoes were amazing. Lots of garlic sauce and ice cold beverages! Next time I’m in Hawkesbury I will definitely be stopping there for lunch or dinner but most likely both! ? Kudos.

We have been eating at Amir locations for many many years in Quebec. We never had an issue at any other location. We have eaten at this location about 5 times and each and every time we get sick (I won't describe how but you can imagine). At first we thought it could be something else, but 5 times and exactly the same? Maybe things sit out too long or their sanitation isn't sufficient. Who knows? Regardless of the reason why, we're done. We will never eat there again. My husband stopped at the Amir in Hudson a week ago. No issues.
