I was very annoyed to find a hidden charge on my bill because I asked for a mix of chicken and beef in the family platter (there's no mention of this on the menu, nor did the guy say anything when I asked). It's the same amount of meat, regardless of the type, so charging more is ridiculous. And the manager was obstinate when I brought it to his attention and refused to acknowledge the lack of transparency.
