Fast Food Restaurants in Hearst

“On our cross Canada drive this summer ( July ) we stopped at many McDonald's restaurants including this place where we always ordered the same thing for breakfast. I can tell you honestly that every other McDonald's restaurant across Canada needs to ask this place how they make there Sausage and Egg McMuffin sandwich and Egg McMuffin sandwich, to take notes because this location was the only one that got it right. The English muffin part was perfect.? Soft and fresh, unlike every other location where I literally had to tear them apart with force while biting into them like they were nuked too much and felt like rubber. Not this place. To the manager, great job and staff, you did it better then 20 other locations. Keep up the great work. Thank you!“

“The guy that worked an afternoon/evening shift sometime back at the beginning of december was not really a people person. I asked for more lettuce and he looked at me then literally have me 2 little lettuce shreds and when I asked for just a tony bit of mayo and lots of sub sauce he gave me half the bottle of mayo. I said that I didnt want that much mayo and he said "Well I can't take it all off" (snarl snarl)...(he did take some off though in his defense) And then when he rang it in he didnt even say how much is was, I had to look at the cash register to see hie much it was then he gave me my $5 bill and I took my change all without him saying a word..BUTI went in again hoping someone else was working a couole weeks later and sure enough..who was there?....him......BUT...... he was so nice, laugjing joking, very polite and funny. I was shocked.This just goes to show that sometimes even the nicest, happiest, most fun loving people have nad days too. I will never tell anyone the employee's name and am so glad that I hadn't called the owner/manager the next day after I had been in the first time. Sometimes everyone has something gping on in their own lives that is making them sad/mad/happy etc and have a really bad day and dont even realize hiw they are coming accross to other so dont always kidge by a first meeting, that person may not be abke to afford to take an exyra day off and may have just lost a loved one or facing eviction or having utilities cut off ir maybe even can't afford a prescription that they really need that helps woth depression or anxiety. Once he/she walks oit the door if work to go home, they may ne gping home to an abusive relationship or back into the reality if what is happening in their life right now. If I would have complained that first night I may have cost that poor guy his job that he probably really needs so think before reporting someone to their boss at least give them a second chamce to make sire it is actually bad customer swrvice and not just a bad day with extenuating circumstances.“
