Service is horrible and not steady. At the drive tru some days you have to wait so long to be served (half an hour last Friday). Service is so slow, we get discourage to go there. Cleanliness inside is a factor too. Just thinking that 7 years ago, this franchise was open 24 h on 24, 7 days a week… and was top notch in cleanliness and service!
