“Fantastic place with comfortable wooden seating benches, pillows along the windows seating, eclectic posters and decor and buzzy but not overtly loud or obnoxious convo happening. Although £12 for my lentil burger made me blanche, the generous sides of salad and housemade slaw (I asked for no fries nor burger bun) made it all worth it. There’s so much on the plate I boxed half for home (I had drank a smoothie before I had arrived here). The slaw in particular is divine: it doesn’t have that gross mayo gloppiness I usually despise. It’s quite fresh. There’s a lovely vinaigrette on the greens and the burger has a moreish artichoke sauce. The staff is friendly as are the customers; dog-friendly too!”

“Just had the most amazing shrimp tacos! Accidentally found this place while trying to find parking at the mall. We were greeted so nicely and gave us recommendations as well. The shrimp tacos were super flavourful served in a grilled corn tortilla and salad. We also ordered onion rings on the side which were amazing. Just the right amount of seasoning and not oily at all. It came with a spicy sauce. The really nice part is that the owner has colourful picnic tables set up and music playing from coliurful rocks which really set the vibe. He even brought our food to us! Talk about great service. 5 stars. Highly recommended. Can't wait to try other things on the menu!”

Every time I come in, whether it’s early morning or during a busy lunch rush, Sharon is calm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. She always greets customers with a genuine smile and somehow manages to remember regular orders, even when the line is out the door.

What really stands out is her attention to detail and how she keeps things moving without making anyone feel rushed. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and that kind of attitude makes a huge difference in a place that sees so many people every day.

“Mesopotamia Kebab House is hands down the best Turkish food I’ve had in the GTA. The lamb chops were unreal—so tender they just melted in my mouth. Honestly, all the meats were amazing, and you can tell they use the best quality ingredients. I wanted to keep eating, but my stomach just couldn’t handle any more. That’s how good it was! The service was awesome too—friendly and super welcoming. I’m already planning to come back with friends and family so they can see what they’ve been missing. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. 10/5 stars from me!”
