It’s been almost 15 years I haven’t been able to come to the restaurant… today I was a bit happy with the price of the food and the service, however they can still add more taste to the menu and improve on some dishes

As always, our experience at East Side Mario’s was exceptional! I have a child with special needs and our hostess went above and beyond to ensure that he had a great time. She seemed to anticipate our needs during the whole meal (checked on us regularly, brought out refills, gave us take out boxes, etc). The food was delicious!

I had the most wonderful time and service this afternoon visiting East sides. My waitress Margaret went above and beyond to make this the best dinning experience I’ve had in many many years. Her co-worker Karen started her shift shortly after I arrived and she too joined in on making this the best meal I’ve had out in a long time. I am truly astonished at the service and quality of my meal. Give these two ladies a raise. I will definitely be back very soon based on their service’s alone.
