The employees acted disgusted and pouted like children when customers walked through the door. Entitlement at its finest

I used to eat at this place twice a week; on the way past going North, and coming back. It used to be staffed by friendly efficient people who kept the toppings stocked and looking great. I've been going here less and less however, largely on account of one miserable employee (short blonde hair, sometimes blue). Absolutely horrible service, clearly hates their job. Spilled toppings just get chucked back in whatever bin seems most likely. Communication is limited to grunts and looks of contempt. Really nothing good to be said.
Vegetarian options: Anything you want really.

This type of restaurant is a lifestyle food service and suits an image (starbucks, freshii) and focuses on presentation and aesthetics over food quality and thoughtfullness. “Shawarma” but has no potato, turnup, or staple shawarma details.
VALUE; Back to the “lifestyle restaurant” theme they charged $18 dollars for a shawarma bowl and it was half the size of other shawarma plates at a usual restaurant and lacked entirely.
QUALITY; The chicken was undercooked, i specially asked for the fried option yet mushrooms and onions seemed to be raw and were quite unsettling. The vegetables were good quality and freshness. Overall very poorly made and made my Stomach very upset and sore.

Great staff and good food. I see a lot of negative reviews, but I’ve been coming here for ages and have never had a bad experience, only impatient and self entitled people who complain that they weren’t served as soon as they walked in the door.
To those of you who leave reviews complaining about a 3-5 minute wait to get your freshly made food when there are customers ahead of you: Do you ask for the manager when there’s a car ahead of you in the drive-thru at McDonalds?

Worst service ever. The staff member made it seem like she was giving us the food for free. She has so much attitude. Avoid at all costs unless you just want food.
When travel from northern to southern Ontario I always stop at this pita pit. But unfortunately will from now on bypass it and go to subway. I was so horribly disappointed with the service and most of all the portion size and how much it costs now for the world’s smallest pita. My last visit was horrible, I even got back to the truck looked at what I paid for and in total disbelief knowing their was a mix up, went back in. I normally wouldn’t do that. But I paid $15 for a pita that barely filled the palm of my hand. I always get a regular pita and it is more than enough to fill me with all the veg that gets added to it. The pita that I got, I could literally hold between my two fingers. It was so small. It was like a kids snack wrap. And when I went back in to ask about it, I was told no that’s the way that they are. I will absolutely never go to a pita pit ever again if I’m going to pay $15 for a snack wrap, I had already travelled five hours waiting to get to be so absolutely disappointed. Never again.

As I don’t have a pita pit in my city when I go out of town this is my go to place. The lady that took my order (blonde/pink hair literally rolled her eyes and sighed when taking my order. I was ordering for 4 people (2 kids,2 adults) we knew what we wanted but just didn’t seem like she wanted to talk to me at all and also gave the other lady working a hard time. Was very rude to her and you can see this lady getting frustrated and trying her hardest all while the lady that served me with pink /blonde hair very bad attitude towards her and customers.

I was staying in hotel next door. I called to order dinner for 4 persons. Person was not service oriented. I am not a regular of pita pit but i recall i enjoyed dinner at pita pit as a student. I asked the employee to tell me what choice of chicken they had other than chicken souvlaki. She said souvlaki and "regular" chicken. From there on, the exchange spiraled down. She even asked me to order via Uber, like I want to pay extra fees for a lazy bone. When we went to pick up order, the place was empty! I wish I didn't complete the order on that day. Dinner was meh! I came online to put that review almost a month later because that's how much I care about the customers of Pita Pit and the owner.

Came in around 3 pm for a late lunch with kids (couple of families). There were 2 ladies and lady at the counter welcomed us in a rude manner. With a harsh tone, she mentioned that it is going to take time to serve all of us (even though the store was totally empty at that time).
This is totally spoiling the reputation of Pita Pit brand. It was a very bad experience for me and my kids.

Worst service.. She is not even interested in serving food to customers.. Spoiling the name for PitaPit and disappointing the customers.. treating kids and adults as if she is giving food for free.. 13 people with kids went inside and came out in a min without ordering anything..

Disappointing and insulting experience from staff..she was not interested in serving us food. Didn't want to bother her, so we left without ordering.
There was two ladies working tonight when we came in, one was taking orders, the other making pitas. The girl making the pitas with the green/blue hair was incredibly rude. It was very uncomfortable and I felt pressed to write this review because I feel bad for the owners. That said, it appears from the other reviews that this is a common occurrence that has yet to be addressed/resolved. Also, the food wasn’t that great either, quite a small amount of meat in a ripped up pita for $20 dollars? I don’t know how this place is still in business.

loooooooool at over 13 dollars for a pita and no side, almost 20 (over 20 after taxes) for a pita combo. Id rather starve then give money to the unethical scum bags charging these prices. Go literally anywhere else in the area and at least somewhat get your moneys worth. Like actually, go across the street to the grocery store and spend 20 dollars to make your own for the whole family, they are literally serving *pitas*.

Me, my wife, and my granddaughter went to get a pita here last week….We were served by a sweet and kind cashier. However, when we went to put our toppings, there was a rude lady making faces at me because I was getting a lot of toppings…Will not be returning to this location….
