I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience left me genuinely upset and disappointed.
I paid $9.03 for a “Spicy Chicken Sandwich” that was quite literally a joke. One soggy, limp piece of lettuce, a sad slice of tomato that looked like the part you’d normally cut off and toss in the garbage, and a patty thrown together with zero care. Just look at the photo — does that look like a sandwich you’d want to eat?
When I brought it up to the staff and pointed out how bad it looked, their response? “That’s tomato.” No accountability, no apology, and certainly no offer to make it right. I had to ask for a refund, and even that felt like an inconvenience to them.
For a major fast food chain, this level of quality and customer service is unacceptable. It’s not just about the food — it’s the total lack of pride or care in what’s being served.
Save your money and your time. This location clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or basic food standards.

Breakfast was hot tasty and reasonably priced (2 for $4). Slightly slow but it was a large order. People were nice, experienced and cheerful (morning people).

Went through the drive thru, and first, they did not give me my large fries, so I had to ask for them. When I got home, I found out I didn't get the right buger. I ordered the new garlic bacon mushroom chicken buger but got a plan chicken buger. It was spicy, and I asked for regular. I live too far to just go back so I can say I was very, very upset.

I had an issue with my order being canceled on skip the dishes. The team at Wendy’s was very understanding and very willing to help me out. I’m greatful to have such great staff working there to take care of me! Great work guys!!
We were coming through from seeing family on the weekend thought we would stop by for something to eat we got out order with ice tea to which we looked at it and though it didn't look the same took a drink and yuck just as I anticipated it was watered down disgusting will not come back to this Wendy's location again unless they figure out there machine.
