I enjoy the food quality and the restaurant is typically clean. They need to hire/schedule more staff. I arrive to pick up my app order 5 mins after scheduled pick up time, and 1/4 times the order isn't even started. There's no point in using the app if the order isn't ready because the app itself takes longer to organize & place an order vs just telling the staff what you want. The only advantage is coupons and saving time on pickup. I also notice every time the order isn't ready...read full review
