“I have now been to 639 four times and each experience has left me thinking, "See you again soon!" The first time was to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our first date. We went with friends and ordered from the menu at that moment in time. 639 creates a menu which incorporates local Oxford County ingredients such as fresh produce and Gunn's Hill Cheese. The second time was an "All In!" night for us. On our 28th wedding anniversary, we thoroughly enjoyed the Tasting Menu AND the Chef's Table where we sat at a window into the kitchen and were blown away by not just the delicious food but the culinary choreography and comedy of their kitchen staff. The third time was a causal dinner with two friends after we had donated blood on a Thursday night. We decided on the spur of a moment to go and I called to get a table 15-minutes before we arrived. Last night we were fortunate to get one of their last spots for Oxford Eats. This promotion, in partnership with Tourism Oxford, was a delicious way to celebrate the end to a very long January.
