Food really good
I want to commend Sam's patience and professionalism yesterday at lunch time. There was a simple miscommunication on an order, and the customer made the biggest, unnecessary fuss over something so small and easily fixed. My interaction with Sam was amazing. Thank you.

Swiss Chalet offers excellent service with friendly and supportive staff. The food is good, although some menu items like rotisserie chicken poutine and chicken wings are currently unavailable. Large orders are handled efficiently, with attention to detail, such as tossing wings in small batches for even sauce coating. The chicken and wings are cooked to perfection, and sides like perogies and cinnamon sugar donuts are delicious. This joint location with Harvey's provides amazing service, including assistance with loading orders into cars on rainy days. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful, and the food is decent, though there are some inconveniences with online ordering and closing times. It remains a highly recommended spot for a delicious lunch.
