The only reason I gave it 1 star is due to being able to provide a review. Not at all pleased with anything about this establishment. Firstly they could not provide a booth ( many were empty) as it is easier on someone with a bad back. We made our order and received our starter in not too bad of a time, however over cooked and thank god for water to choke it down. We then proceeded to wait for our mains, 1 hour later we were informed that our order was somehow screwed up but later to find our server didn’t submit that part of the order. He informed us that he told the cook ASAP. Well my definition of asap is completely different than his. Another 30 minutes passed and he came with another excuse. That was enough for us. We proceeded to ask for our bill. I’m not looking for anything free but the right thing to do would have been to try and make amends, but we soon realized it was all about the corporate buck. I shall not grace the doors of this establishment ever again. You made my experience to my first sens game one that I want to forget, not remember. If I could give it a zero I would. I cannot provide pics as it would be of an empty table

Our server seemed occupied with tasks other than serving. Other tables we finishing up their meals while we were still waiting for our appetizer. We even showed up early. We cancelled our mains because we were going to be late for the Ottawa Senators game.

We tried to come here to get some dinner. I was really looking forward to trying the restaurant. We asked for a table for four and we were led to a table. I asked for a different table because it was stuck in the corner and the hostess noted that no one was in another section. Then after thinking a minute she just got angry and grabbed the setting on the table and stormed over to another table to seat us. I didn’t say anything rude or discourteous. I just noted that the table was very corner-like. Anyways, I can’t be bothered dealing with staff like this. I walked out with the family and went to another restaurant. I guess I will never be able to try this place. I think owners really need to be careful on who they have for staff representing their company.

Can never go wrong with 3 Brewers! Food, drinks and such a fun open atmosphere. The roof top patio is a highlight in the summer!!
BEWARE OF DOUBLE CHARGES!This was one of our favourite restaurants in Kanata. Went numerous times the last few years as it was my daughter's first choice. Always had great service and food.We went tonight, Sunday evening at 7. There were only maybe 5 other tables seated in the restaurant. Not busy at all.We waited almost 10 minutes before a waitress came to take our order and ask us if what we wanted to drink. Food came promptly enough and good quality but my daughter's meal never arrived- and the waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything. She disappeared so I couldn't even tell her we were missing an item.Once I finally was able to find someone to flag down, I asked them if they could ask our waitress to come back. I told her my daughter did not get her poutine. She said she didn't hear that so hadn't told the kitchen- which is fine I understand things happen but if she had ever returned to check on us after the meals arrived I could have told her before we were all finished.She wasn't very apologetic and just said she was busy so didn't come back. I asked for the check.She came with the debit machine and I paid. Once I returned it to her she came back and said it didn't work and I would have to pay again. I was suspicious because I was pretty sure I had seen "approved" before I handed it back but I didn't want to argue. I just wanted to leave and get home.I paid again and then made sure to check my account before leaving for the 2 hour drive home- sure enough I had been charged twice.I went to tell her and then she had to get someone else to help her fix it. The second waitress was on the phone for 35 minutes with someone trying to fix it while I stood and waited.Finally she came over and said she would have to take my information and they would fix it tomorrow. I said I live 2 hours away and after the experience I just had I didn't trust they would follow through tomorrow.The manager came- by this time I was about 45 minutes waiting to get this fixed after being double charged. The manager was not apologetic at all and tried to explain the technical issues and said she would have to go to the back office to try to fix it.10 minutes later, the second woman who had spent the time initially trying to fix it came over with cash. The manager would not come back out to apologize. I waited an hour and they could have given me cash to begin with. I then started my 2 hour drive home with my family.ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!I cannot believe how we were treated tonight.

Went as a family of four for an early dinner. The kids meals varied in sizes dramatically, the pizza was very small, and the chicken tenders was large. My husband and I shared the Bbq chicken flatbread, but it was basically a large tortilla, Diane’s chicken bbq sauce, very little cheese, a ton of unseasoned shredded chicken, and a few scattered onions. My husband had one slice and was immediately nauseous. I tried to stomach a few slices but it was bad, just bad. I was surprised by the quality of the meal honestly. We had been to a location in. Toronto once while it was still very new to the gta, the food wasn’t great then either. We thought that things might have improved in 15 years, but it has not. It’s sad because the restaurant was beautiful, large, and a great atmosphere. The service was great and attentive. But the food is lacking tremendously. Not worth the money.

The food seems to be hit or miss here. Our children had a cheese pizza and the chicken "nuggets" (I cannot remember the actual menu name), both were great pub fare. I strongly recommend the beer and sticking with deep fried food/burgers, and stay away from the non-pub style food. The menu and service is great. Our pizza - the BBQ chicken - is without a doubt the most unusual pizza I have ever eaten. Prices are very reasonable.
