Pür & Simple, located near Baton Rouge in Centrum, is a hidden gem offering fabulous freshly made food. The extensive menu includes waffles, French toast, omelets, and more. A party of five enjoyed quick seating and efficient service. The vegan toast was massive and delicious, catering to dietary restrictions. The classic breakfast had well-cooked eggs and light, seasoned hash browns. Though the bacon was thin and crispy, the bread was perfectly toasted. Despite a busy atmosphere, the good food and exceptional service from servers like Rhea and Connor make it a great breakfast spot to return to.
