I specifically went to the store on Friday to speak to the person at the counter, asking if the baked goods would be fresh if i ordered them for a Sunday morning pickup. I was going to order the cookies and brownie platter. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick it up today. I noticed that the cookies were overcooked and I did not have the time to ask if they had ones that were not overcooked as I was bringing them for my daughter's birthday party. And yes, they were overcooked, everyone noticed and asked me how much did i pay for it, not in a good way. I tried one and yes it confirmed that they were overdone. My husband had the banana bread, he said it was mushy, wondering if it was previously frozen. The mini-cinnamon buns and brownie were fine but on the whole, that's a no, it was wasted money. I could have done better for less at the local grocery store bakery.
Tipping culture has gotten out of hand, to ask customers for a tip to put a bun in a box is ridiculous, also being our first and last time to come here is because the quality is lacking, our cinnamon bun was tough and hardly any cinnamon:( not worth the money

Very fresh and hot cinnamon rolls and a clean spot as well. The service was great as well, it was a pleasure to deal with Sarah as she was very welcoming, provided great service, and overall was just so considerate and timely with our large order. Hope to be back soon.

My first UberEats order from here was pretty good overall. One of the Cinnabons wasn’t as fresh as I hoped — it was firm in spots and the pie crumble was hard to chew, but the flavour itself was still really good. That’s what made it a little disappointing: I could tell it had a lot of potential if it had been fresher. The other Cinnabon I ordered that time was great all around, though.
For my second order, I got the same two Cinnabons, and this time they were absolutely amazing, they completely exceeded my expectations and made up for the previous experience. If you’re looking for a sweet treat, I definitely recommend this place… everything was delicious!
The first Cinnabon I ordered was the “Make Your Own” with cream cheese frosting, pie crumble, strawberries, and strawberry jam. The second was the “Late Night Roll” — it looks like a lot, but all the flavours come together perfectly.
Every time I order from here, omg....!!! You will not be disappointed...however, I recommend saving half for later....or tomorrow if you can....The most scrumptious delights are made here!!

We used to order from here every weekend last fall. This year the last 2 weekends in a row we’ve found the quality has just gone downhill. Always cold and firm, having trouble cutting through it with a steak knife at home. Staff always nice

Friendly service, but the cinnamon bun itself tasted really weird, and the icing left a really yucky bitter aftertaste..? I was excited to see Cinnaholic in Kanata after trying the one at Landsdiwne, but quality here isn't quite at par. The price wasn't worth it.
