We used to order from here every weekend last fall. This year the last 2 weekends in a row we’ve found the quality has just gone downhill. Always cold and firm, having trouble cutting through it with a steak knife at home. Staff always nice

Friendly service, but the cinnamon bun itself tasted really weird, and the icing left a really yucky bitter aftertaste..? I was excited to see Cinnaholic in Kanata after trying the one at Landsdiwne, but quality here isn't quite at par. The price wasn't worth it.

The cinnamon bun was amazing. I had the strawberry shortcake one. More importantly, Sarah and Suzanne were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. Keep up the good work.

The only reason I would give less on food is since I am not vegan and have had better products. We saw the store from outside and thought of going for a coffee and thanks to the service staff who were very helpful and courteous; we ended up having a brownie as well.

Honestly this place blew my mind. Absolutely religious experience devouring their Cookie Monster cinnamon bun and lemon berry loaf today. I can’t believe Kanata finally has something this delicious, like just thank the Heavens for answering my prayers. I’m a long term vegan, my boyfriend isn’t but he loved it too. We definitely going back! Very friendly service and the place looked super clean. I truly am in love! I can’t thank the two young ladies working there enough for their attentiveness and for not laughing at me for totally freaking out. Just awesome!!
What grabbed our attention was the friendliness of the two young ladies behind the counter, they were super friendly to my kids and they served us with a smile and a good conversation. The store was nice and clean, my kids felt what they ordered was a bit too sweet for them. However, I ordered just the plain cinnamon roll which was just perfect for my taste. Will definitely visit them again.

I came in today to order a cinnamon bun with a specific icing and topping. I paid for my order but did not tip, as I never tip anyone but restaurant servers and hair dressers. This very clearly upset the young girl behind the cash. Immediately her face changed and gave me a nasty look. When I got my order, it was completely different from what I asked for. I’m not a very conversational person so, her attitude made me very uncomfortable. I just left without making a fuss. It was very upsetting and very unprofessional. I will not be coming back here.
