I stopped in for lunch today. The food was exactly what I expected. What I didn't expect to see was Spencer serving two people, one had downs syndrome. They were wanting to know the sugar content of blizzards, soft drinks and dilly bars. he pulled out the information, made recomemdions of what would be the best choice. He took a lot of time with them and he is to be recognized for excellent customer service!
Am still waiting to hear back from anyone about the complaint I lodged last week.....not impressed!
I'm not impressed at all. I had terrible customer service today. I posted on their Facebook wall about how terrible it was. I never would of expected this frm dairy queen I thought with the amount of money you guys roll in an the size of your company you could make one customer happy that wasn't happy. I decided to try your cake blizzard and didn't like it at all before I ordered it I asked if I could try it and they said no we don't do that.. ok fine so I ordered thinking it...read full review
