A wee pricey, but the absolute best poutine in town …. Great people and I imagine Canadian Tire takes a cut, so that’s why this location is more expensive - but they do it RIGHT !!
It’s a sweeter potato but I like it that way! We go poutines and hotdog and I will be back, it’s tasty, gravy is nice thick and brown and tasteful and the cheese is the squeaky salty :) I recommend!
Glen’s poutine is a classic in Kanata. Hits the spot when the cravings there.
Unfortunately their customer service could use a revamp. I asked the lady “Hi how are you today?” Her reply to me? “It’s cash only”.
I’m not asking for a 5 star restaurant service here but basic standard customer service would be nice. I can read your sign that states it’s cash only. I will second another reviewers comment that the service isn’t ideal for newcomers....
