I love Harvey's. It's an Ontario tradition. A Canadian fast food burger joint where the burgers have a grilled taste like they were done on the BBQ. The burgers are not pre-dressed, they're made to order in front of you. Their onion rings are staples that I get often but I'm not a fan of their fries. Harvey's fries used to be like chip wagon fries but they changed them some years ago...to my disappointment. There's really nothing wrong with the fries, they're just not to my taste. Of course, there are also their famous, thick milkshakes. I have fond memories of going to Harvey's late at night after parties.

Went to Harvey's #2522 in Kanata today. They were out of relish , which sucks since I take relish and mustard on my hot dog which was undercooked,barely warm, no grill marks. Asked for 3 dill pickles on my burger and got 5 .Used the extra on my dog, sort of like a bad game show.

Too many times i have seen the same older male worker who seems to be in charge yelling, picking on and aggressively ordering around the same poor female worker. I understand it gets busy, but she is trying her best and it makes everyone extremely uncomfortable. I find it ridiculous that this place allows this kind of behaviour to happen continuously.

Ordered uber eats showed up 5min later and the food was ready... open my burgers and the burger is so cold the cheese is not melted at all... How do I get a fully cooked burger But it's cold in less than 5 min
Ordered 1 Angus and 1grilled chicken. Patties were overcooked. The buns were fresh from yesterday or the day before yesterday. To add insult to injury, the girl didn’t listen what I wanted on the burgers. She put hot peppers first, then pickles, then tomatoes and mustard and relish and finally lettuce and onions. She was busy talking to the other girl. Service is not her thing! I had to throw everything in the garbage. Will never return at this location.

I have never been to a sweatshop in Canada before. But on August 12th there was a sign that said only drive through because no AC. So no AC but sweating employees have to work? Shame on whoever decided to make people cook and make more heat for customers that are not allowed in because of the heat!! Kudos to the employees that put up with the heat!!

Okay burger, but we asked for a white bun, and they gave us a whole wheat bun. That was disappointing because we hate whole wheat buns.
The onion rings were inedible. They were burnt, hard, greasy, and rubbery. It was liked they were cooked three times over.
