Went here with my wife and children last night on December 15 and there was a male worker dressed in female yoga pants which is completely unprofessional in a work environment especially one that is meant for families.

I visited Harvey's Kanata last week and was picking up a milkshake as part of my order. The lid on the milkshake was not properly attached, and when it was handed to me through the drive thru, the milkshake spilled all over myself, as well as the interior and exterior of my vehicle.
Instead of apologizing, the team member working started yelling at the other staff members trying to determine who prepared the drink.
I was given a wet rag that appeared dirty and did not properly clean my vehicle or my damaged clothing. When I asked the team member if they knew what was in the drink or if they knew of any special instructions to clean the remaining mess/prevent stains, they said they didn't know and shut the drive thru window in my face.
I did attempt to call the store and discuss this matter multiple times and received no response. I also contacted Harvey's Head Office who said they would have a member of the leadership team reach out to me, and I have not received a response. I was informed that it may take 1-2 days for a call back, and it has now been a week with no updates.
While accidents do happen, I am very unhappy with how the situation was responded to. The complete lack of care shown, and the inability to have my concerns addressed, has been extremely disappointing.
I would appreciate if a member of the Harvey's team can please contact me as soon as possible. Even after deep cleaning, my steering wheel still has milkshake stuck in the cracks which prevents the buttons from functioning properly.

The food is always good, at virtually the best prices from any restaurant in the city, and there are never any problems with my orders; they're always done right. However, the staff always seem unhappy, and I can tell that this is a problem with the management. On at least two separate visits, I have overheard the management berating the staff in my presence, as well as occasional bickering between the staff on multiple other occasions. This just doesn't happen at other restaurants, and it's not acceptable to expose customers to this. I can tell that this is a particularly unpleasant working environment, and I'm sorry for the employees that have to put up with it. Until the management is more respectful to the staff and promotes a healthier workplace culture, I'll always feel a bit uncomfortable returning to this place. I want management to know that berating staff in front of customers is worse for the restaurant than whatever the staff is even being berated for.

Their easy-to-use app, with intuitive ordering prompts and visuals of burgers, allows you to custom-build your burgers. I got two grilled chicken sandwich combos, customized to my liking. I placed the order ahead, and it was ready when I went through the drive-thru to pick it up. Quick, reliable, and delicious burgers!

Ordered a buffalo chicken poutine and only got 3 small pieces of chicken What a joke, step ur game up
I love this location, but what I've had two issues. One: guy taking orders around lunch time doesn't seem that friendly. Probably a super friendly guy, but always sounds upset. Two: Why are the nuggets so small? How is it even possible that I can buy a bag of nuggets at a store and they're all significantly bigger than these. The one on the right is fine, but the left one is the size of the end of my thumb. How do you even consider that a nugget?

2nd time in 2 weeks, my drive-through order was wrong. 1st time, I received a cheeseburge r not a regular. I ate it anyway, but the cheese was inferior. 3 days ago, I ordered my regular pickles & tomatoes with crispy fries. I always asked for crispy now because their fries are usually under done. They added tons of mustard. I tried to wipe it off, but not enough. I couldn't go in and complain because, as before, my dog was with me. I never have a problem when I eat in. They have a wonderful Japanese lady (?) who does everything perfectly and extremely polite.
