Just had breakfast with a friend at the Calgary Pur& Simple - Jas was looking after us. Second time there, she looked after us wonderfully both times.
Pur& Simple is a gem of a food find. Fantastic food, incredible smoothies, cherry staff, and a nice, bright place.
We will be back!
Waited almost 2 hours after ordering to get our food. Waitress was not that friendly; very unattentive. Food was okay, but not what I ordered..didn’t correct cause I knew they were busy. Nice atmosphere.

Pür & Simple, located near Baton Rouge in Centrum, is a hidden gem offering fabulous freshly made food. The extensive menu includes waffles, French toast, omelets, and more. A party of five enjoyed quick seating and efficient service. The vegan toast was massive and delicious, catering to dietary restrictions, including gluten-free options that are perfect for families. The classic breakfast had well-cooked eggs and light, seasoned hash browns. Though the bacon was thin and crispy, the bread was perfectly toasted. The Chicago eggs Benedict was also delicious, and the P&S potatoes impressed many diners. Despite a busy atmosphere, the good food and exceptional service from friendly servers make it a great breakfast spot to return to. The seasonal Apple Cinnamon French toast and drinks like the pumpkin pie latte and double chocolate macchiato have received high praise, making this restaurant a must-visit for everyone, including kids and those needing special dietary accommodations.
