They have the best sandwich in town.
Awesome little deli in Kanata. Some pasta, pre-made meals and great panini. Staff are actually Italian too.
We did a big catering with Pesto’s, and all I can say is WOW! Amazing food and flavours, variety, and incredible value. They were easy to work with and plan, seamless pick up and communication, highly recommend! The location is also adorable, so many great items in the deli. Being Italian and getting a taste of home locally is quite the treat. 10/10!

Got food poisoning after eating their chicken parm sandwich…
Served me a chicken parm sandwich with raw chicken. Charged me $40 and refunded me $14.
Reply: You agreed the chicken was raw when I showed you the sandwich. If you’re serving uncooked chicken, your kitchen is contaminated. The chicken parms are stacked on each other in the window. No need to be mad at me, you’re serving food that’s going to make people sick.

I recently found out about the sandwiches in this deli. AMAZING. The bun is perfect and unlike some other places, not too dense or too big, the meat is generous and tasty and the overall experience is just lovely. They also have some other great products like sauces, pasta, etc. I will certainly be returning there for sandwiches and in fact plan on getting lunch for my staff meeting next week from there. I can’t wait to take my kids here- I know they’ll love it.

Hands down the best sandwich in Ottawa, there is no doubt. Every sandwhich I have tried on the menu has been immaculate. Great bread, fresh ingredients, great portions.
The pre-made frozen food is also a great option.
This should be everyone’s go to deli in Ottawa.
For our wedding anniversary, we ordered hot meals and sandwiches from Pesto’s deli and they were first-rate. The food was fresh and unbelievably delicious. The service was friendly and yet professional. We will definitely be back for more.
First time having one of their sandwiches today and it was exceptional. Will be back again!
