Disappointed. Seems like they prioritize delivery service and completely ignore dine-in customers. Every staff was busy but we waited for more than 30 mins without even a glass of water. We asked a bowl for our kid and it never came.
I’ve visited several ramen places in Ottawa and none of them is like this. Food here is okay, but you won’t get the service that doesn’t exist.

I was really disappointed. The cleaning chemical smell was extremely strong after tables were wiped and it lingered in the dining area, overpowering the ramen aroma and ruining the overall atmosphere.
More importantly, I observed a server clearing used bowls/plates and then immediately delivering food to another table without sanitizing or washing their hands in between. That’s a serious hygiene concern and made me feel unsafe eating here.
Until the restaurant improves ventilation/uses a low-odor cleaner and enforces proper hand hygiene, I can’t recommend it.

I had the Vegetarian Miso Ramen and was very disappointed with it. It felt like I was having a thick cheesy soup. There were no veggies added, it only had seaweed. Just soup, noodles and a blob of tofu.
If you are going to try the vegetarian ramen, please don't go here.
Absolutely delicious, staff is friendly and helpful. It's a little small, but I like to think of it as cozy. Absolutely recommended, especially if your only experience with ramen is the instant variety.
