Food is incredible... service is hit or miss depending on the business of the restaurant and staff on hand. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more regularly. Not gross by any stretch of the imagination but could use a good pass every shift.

This is our go-to ramen place in Ottawa. Food is good. Ramen is consistently good and properly done no matter which kind we choose. I mean it's not spectacular, but at least it's legit enough for Japanese ramen, esp. for Ottawa where we really don't have a lot of choice. They always have utensils for children and it's very helpful when we bring our toddler. The only gripe I have would be that the high chairs sometimes have sticky things on them, but that's minor, we just wipe it before using.

Food was delicious and the service is excellent ! I made an order and it somehow was placed for the next morning, but they sorted it out for me despite them closing soon. Would definitely return. Dining area is beautiful as well

We had a wonderful experience at Sansotei Ramen! We tried the Miso Black Ramen and the Tonkotsu+ Ramen and both were fantastic. The broth was rich and full of flavor, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The presentation was beautiful as well. Definitely one of the best ramen spots in town. Highly recommend!

The food was amazing and I definitely recommend this place
But me and my wife wanted to try a japanese drink at the suggestion of the server my wife order a peach drink. But when I got my receipt I was surprised, the small 300ml drink is 29.99$. If we would have know, we wouldn't had this.
But the food is very good and although the server didn't specify the price of the drink they are welcoming and friendly.

If in doubt always choose Sansotei. I think we’ve been to every location in the city now and this location was no different. Always the same flavour and service. Excellent tonkotsu and no one else does the black garlic flavour as perfectly. Service is always quick.
