Food is incredible... service is hit or miss depending on the business of the restaurant and staff on hand. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more regularly. Not gross by any stretch of the imagination but could use a good pass every shift.

This is our go-to ramen place in Ottawa. Food is good. Ramen is consistently good and properly done no matter which kind we choose. I mean it's not spectacular, but at least it's legit enough for Japanese ramen, esp. for Ottawa where we really don't have a lot of choice. They always have utensils for children and it's very helpful when we bring our toddler. The only gripe I have would be that the high chairs sometimes have sticky things on them, but that's...

Food was delicious and the service is excellent ! I made an order and it somehow was placed for the next morning, but they sorted it out for me despite them closing soon. Would definitely return. Dining area is beautiful as well
