0 stars. Members of our hockey team were refused service upon entry. The manager refused to hear our bid to help them with a smooth service. The manager screamed families, including grandparents out of the restaurant and threatened us with legal action for no reason.
Management is absolute garbage as well as the staff hired.Waited 45 minutes for food when I asked about it why they’re so late in serviceI was told another 4 minutes so I paid to get out to the next game as quick as possible.20 minutes after that now running late on our next tournament game still haven’t received food I asked for refundManagement said they wouldn’t refund food that was never served to me.Ignorant arrogant team.Needless to say the two teams we came with ate...read full review
Changed to this centre ice and the service sucked, waitress never checked on us, didn’t bring any cutlery and was very dismissive. They charge $4 to substitute your fries for a house salad. Ooo ya and the menu they brought us was dirty.
