Although there's a Starbucks location just beside the Chapters across the street, this is hands down my preferred location of Starbucks in Kanata South. Prompt service, very considerate, and well-behaved baristas. 5 stars for having chosen the right people in customer service. All you expect amidst a chaotic and frazzled day is a smile and a polite sulk-free service.

(Update: 3 weeks later, it has closed down! This location no longer exists in the Starbucks app, the signs were removed, and there were dumpsters outside. I now need to go to the Starbucks in the nearby Loblaws instead; at least they accept mobile orders. I feel bad for how this will affect Indigo's business.)I received slow and rude service today. It took 16 minutes to make my one-drink mobile order. After 15 minutes (5 minutes after the estimated pick-up time), I said that maybe my order was forgotten. The barista made a face at me and said nothing. After a few more seconds, she said in an aggravated tone "it's right there! It's being made! You just have to wait another minute." It's the only time I've ever been snapped at to be patient, and it was for the longest wait time I've ever endured. She obviously wasn't even sorry for the wait time. I wouldn't have left this review if it wasn't for how I was spoken to.I'm a frequent customer and I've only ever had positive experiences otherwise.

I was standing for more thsn 20 minutes while the cashier having a chat in Spanish with other Two ladies who are waiting for their order. When I asked if anyone is available to help me place my order, The cashier was annoyed that she had to end the conversation to take my order. She was very rude and confronting.

i absolutely love the starbucks, especially my FAVOURITE barista. he is always wearing a bun and i believe his name is tomas, he is ALWAYS making my drink SO SCRUMPTIOUS, DELCIOUS, SCRUMDIDDLYUMPTIOUS, HEAVENLY! give this man a raise, he is always making my pink drink with chocolate cream cold foam PERFECTLY. it is always the best light pink colour it can possibly be, he is amazing and he is always smiling. if you get this barista, tell him you’re grateful that he’s working here. everytime i walk in starbucks and i see him working there, i just KNOW it’ll be a good drink. everytime i go to starbucks, i always cross my fingers and HOPE he’s working that day. its like walking into the gates of heaven and he’s welcoming me with loving, open arms. tomas, if you read this, i hope you know that you deserve THE WORLD because you’re the best barista ever. i hope all your dreams come true and that you become so successful and rich and THE #1 starbucks barista.

Very good brunch. We love it. It’s close by our house. It gets busy on weekends and certain times of the day. The staff are super nice and the coffee you know it? our favourite drinks are the mocha’s and frappe’s. And the most important part that it’s part of indigo !
