Starbucks should better support this location. It was understaffed today with 1 person (who appeared to be a new employee seeking assistance) 1 person creating beverages -alone - for drive-thru, mobile AND in-store customers. The 3rd female who also seemed new was serving walk-ins. They were ALL under supported which creates stress for them. The washrooms were sans paper towels & TP not to mention lack of cleanliness.It is not the employees it’s management who should be taking...read full review
Love this place - the staff are very friendly. As an example, today I placed an order via mobile app and forgot to pick it up. When I did two hours later, my 'pike place' is cold and one of the barista Sahim very kindly replaced it with a fresh brew. Your excellent customer service is well noticed. Thanks!

Ordered a 10 pack take away a day ahead with the time I would pick it up. I walked in and mentioned that I had pre-ordered. Be aware they do NOT make it ahead of time. Had to wait and was late for the party despite ordering it the day before for 30 mins ahead of when I needed it.
