Very disappointing experience. For $36.99 plus tax ayce. Service was the slowest!, and very inattentive, and the overall experienced was bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Those who gave 1 star review here are real.

Ordered delivery on uber at 4 am:

Genuinely really good food and great prices. Amazing option for the time of night, it was really nice to get a proper meal when typically your only options are McDonalds, tahinis, subway and bar burrito. Nice refreshing and amazing food, the vegetables were perfectly cooked which is hard to find.

It was also the first time in a while I didn’t feel like I paid twice as much for a single portion just because I got it delivered. I was satisfied with the food/cost ratio and surprised how good it was. Enough flavour to satisfy an adult and not too much to upset children.

This restaurant is dishonest — I will never go back.

I ordered the Kanata Sashimi Set, which the menu clearly stated included 8 types of sashimi. However, when the dish arrived, there were only 4 types. When I asked the waitress (who seemed to be the owner), she told me the menu had changed and they only serve 4 types now. But no one informed me of this change when I placed my order.

I refused to pay the full price since the meal did not match the menu description. The waitress told me to cancel the order, but because I had already eaten the soup and seaweed, I still had to pay over $8. This was ridiculous. At first, they refused to give me any discount, but after I insisted, they finally agreed to charge me for a cheaper set, about $6 less than the original price.

On top of that, the sashimi was not fresh, and the waitress had a terrible attitude. The whole experience felt like a scam.

Food is actually pretty good but not worth the price, 111$ for 2 adult all you can eat and one cocktail, we waited over 2.5 hrs and ended up just leaving before we even got all of the food we had ordered, they use a serving robot which plays very loud cheesy music that really destroys the atmosphere, the frustrating thing was we watched the other tables that came in after us being served multiple times by the robot, we only sent two tickets of items the tickets weren’t even full and we didn’t receive most of what we ordered after waiting for legitimately 2 and a half hours, I had to ask three times for my water to be refilled before it was and then the empty cup sat at the table for 45 minutes before a waiter came again to fill it, the service here is extremely poor and the price is very ridiculous I felt scammed when we paid the bill, the actual food is really good the sushi is fresh the hot things are hot and the flavours are good but the service and atmosphere is not worth it, take your money elsewhere

Place is clean and service was polite. Not sure why I was the only one there eating at dinner time. The food was so so though. I think because there hardly service so they have the fish on ice to keep it fresh longer and the ice cream taisted like frost burn. I didn’t have to wait long for food though. I use to go here a few time a year few years ago when i was in the area before the movies. so im not sure why business has gone down hill. Wishing the business owner the best. Maybe they should revise the menu and focus on special sushi dishes instead of all you can eat. Im not sure....

We went here for the first time and honestly I give this 5-star because of the lovely old couple and the service they provided us.

I think it’s a restaurant that just needs good marketing, aesthetic interior and better lighting. We were treated with kindness and care when we went. It does have that feel of family owned business and I wish to see them and this restaurant thrive more because they are trying.

Wishing this restaurant more success and I hope more people get to try it!

The worst restaurant experience I have ever had with my wife. We ordered the buffet and for two hours we only ended up with two plates. Food was stale and waitress cared less about the service. Washroom was dirty and smelly. I should have read the reviews before I decided to try them out. Last time ever!

Very disappointing. Went for dinner and for a $55 bill, I wasn’t expecting a single piece of salmon to be cut in 10 pieces or extremely thinly sliced. They are very cheap with their portions and, on top of that, they have the audacity to come and ask you if you still want the next round of food that you ordered because they think you ordered too much. Yes I do want it because these portions aren’t making me full lol an it’s an all you can eat!!! Not sure what they expect but this place seems to be heading downhill.

As a lover of all you can eat sushi, I've never experienced such slow service. After about 2 hours I got maybe 4 rolls. My two kids kept asking over and over where our food was. Our water was only filled once so for the last hour we had nothing to drink. The disabled bathroom was locked the entire time even though it was unoccupied. There was no changing tables in the open washrooms which could have caused problems for parents with kids in diapers. The only part that was remotely enjoyable was the robot cat delivering food. It was dead quiet on a Friday evening and now I can understand why no one would want to go with such slow service. Not even close to worth to the nearly $100 I paid. Will not be going back.
