People love to close the drive-through early. Why is it I get there 20 minutes before close time and she tells me over the intercom. Sorry we’re closed and I asked excuse me and she says “huh?” ridiculous. Somebody really needs to look into why they’re closing early every single night.

This was a waste of money, the tacos tasted bland and were very small, they barely put any filling was like eating just the shell. It wasnt even warm or fresh. Honestly if you went to a fancy restaurant and get tacos it would be worth it rather then come here. The employees didnt even look at you when talking which made it difficult to understand what they are saying, they just put the payment infront and walk away. We were very dissapointed and will never be going back.

Staff here are incompetent. Didn’t care that they forgot half our order just shrugged it off. Called store can’t understand girl on other end. Very disappointed in this Taco Bell. Step your game up.

Get ready to sit or stand and wait for at least 20 minutes inside. Place an order through the app and wait a bit then go through drive through? Guess what you will be asked to come inside.No one from the staff will come to counter and address the massive wait. If they look up to the lobby to see the patrons waiting, they won't try to address you to see what your order even is.They want to try and keep the drive through empty as possible to keep their numbers up. Of all the times I was told to come inside from going to the drive through, they do not have any effective communication with each other.It's a shame really because ottawa has only 3 taco bells, and this one is the closest for me. The food is great but the wait for it is abysmal.I hope the owner reads this review and thinks about it and try to analyze the issues here instead of just ignoring it and saying the customers are the problem.
This location has posted hours that say they are open at 10:30am. At 10:45am the store was not open, we knocked on the door and the 1 person we could see inside did not acknowledge us.

Did drive thru on Monday nite. Great service. Missed 1 small thing on order and when asked, said you can have it free so great. Also, pretty fast for busy Monday. It's a Reg 'go to' 4 us.

Quick is an understatement. One of the slower fast food services. Food is alright. Staff could be trained better. Also a better drive thru system so they can hear you ordering correctly.

Staff looked like an Algonquin college study party and I waited 15 minutes for an order and it still hadn’t been started. There was only 1 other customer ahead of me and we both waited over 20 minutes for our food. I left before my food could arrive as I had to catch a bus and didn’t expect the service to take longer than the season finale of a police show on nbc. Not necessarily the staffs fault but maybe get more employees or give them all adderall or something. Never coming back to this location again and as there aren’t any other Taco Bell near me it’s probably my last time visiting a Taco Bell for life. Bad service no communication long wait.
