The Works Craft Burgers & Beer

The food is good, lots of choices of burger type, bun and sides. The tower of rings is a fave with dipping sauce as an appetizer then specialty burger with fries or salad. We enjoyed our meals but I will say there were fruit flies buzzing about our table and we left promptly after seeing some unidentifiable type of bug crawl across our table :(

Went for burgers with the boys before the Sens game. Lilli was our server and was amazing. Patient, cordial, and made sure we didn't run out of sauces - she was great. Onion ring tower was awesome. Burgers were good, nice variety, but either it was this particular chef, or the standards at The Works, but the burgers were badly overcooked. The patty was dry and tasteless, even though the rest of the burger was well put together.

Despite the drive home, the food was still hot. The burgers were properly cooked and not flat, overcooked or dry. They were still juicy and delicious! The onion rings and fries were also delicious. The milk shakes were tasty and just thick enough. Gail was very friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

It had been a while since our last visit, and we weren’t sure if there would be seating for four on a Saturday night. Fortunately, we were seated right away! Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and quick to serve us. The burgers, as always, were fantastic, but the highlight of the evening was the Bang Bang Broccoli—it was absolutely delicious!

Burgers are pretty good but the prices are really high. The fries are a major disappointment. Good onion rings. Good milkshakes.

I was disappointed after my visit. There was something like oil floating in my coke, and the salad wasn’t fresh at all. The tomatoes looked like they were sun-dried, and there was dirt on the lettuce. I don’t plan on going back. However, the server was really nice and gave me a 50% discount, even though I didn’t ask for it.

The reason to come here is the large variety of burgers. I would say it was an average pub style burger... They serve drinks in glass measuring cups and food on metal trays. You need to ask for a knife, extra napkins and ketchup/mustard. There are screened in garage doors for the summer. A few 2-person outdoor tables.
