Had to brush the crumbs off the seat upon arrival, fork was dirty so asked for a new one. Our food came and the waitress did not return for about 25 minutes. The place had maybe 3 other tables and 2 other waitresses. We had to get up out of our seats 3 times to ask for things. Also, no point of 'bottomless fries' when your waitress disappears for 30 minutes and the rest of your burger is now cold because it took 45mins for the second order of fries to come. Then the tip terminal had the audacity to start at 18%. Burgers were good, though.

Emely went above and beyond when serving us. She was super friendly and checked to make sure everything was great. One of the best serving experiences our group has had!

Wonderful variety of tasty burgers, and great shakes. Variety has been shrunk unfortunately, but there is an attempt to fix this.

Ordered burgers, fries an appetizer and milkshakes and the food was very good. The burger was easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. To top it all off our waiter was 10/10, unfortunately can’t remember his name but big shout out to him for the great food and amazing service!

I visited The Works today with my family. Had my all time favorite Son Of A Beech burger. It was amazing nice and juicy. Staff was very friendly and attentive specially the manager. He personally checked on us to ensure we had the best burger experience. We’ll definitely be coming back again.
