If quality control and standardized food is what you hope to get this is not the place. My steak and egg biscuit was missing the egg. I noticed halfway there and brought it to the counter for attention, they took it out of my hand and gave me a second one in seconds (literally) and if you think this is good it wasn't, it came with egg but no sauce. My hash browns (there were 2 different combos) came together in the same little paper bag, I also mentioned this to the Manager, she gave a crap, didn't even try to provide an extra bag. There is more to be said about my interaction with the counter regarding the roll up the rim promo but I won't because I can summarize it as non existent customer service and patience. I would not recommend this location to people with Neurodivergent needs, they take basic needs and expectations comments as a direct attack which in summation is the major issue, we all make mistakes but how you decide to approach the solutions is the key factor for clients in general and more so for people with non visible disabilities.

I have been a daily customer of this store since last 1 month. I always order egg muffin or farmers wrap during lunch time. The eggs are always and I mean ALWAYS dry and bad. Since I got this problem a few times, I started asking for fresh egg. But, they never give a fresh egg. And the attitude that show when you ask for a fresh egg is really bad. They do not talk properly. It is so annoying.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Wait times completely unacceptable

So sick of these clowns not even being capable of toasting a bagel but somehow wanting more and more money. Shockingly slow and stupid. Tried to refuse giving my money back. Clown show.
Je prend que des ice caps chez Tim et il était bon comme la normal.

Not the first time but this location seems to pick and choose drive thru hours. Gone here several times at night and they ignore drive thru customers... can literally see the employees inside doing anything but take
0/10 ice cap. i asked them if it was normal they said it was fine. it tasted so bad i had to throw half of it out. this happened to me like 5 times a row. pls fix

I'm not sure Tim hortons can get any worse. Seems like every year they go further and further downhill. Last time me and my husband both ended up throwing our food in the garbage. And they tried to charge us to sub a condiment to mayo on a sandwich. I will truly never go back.

Worst Tim Hortons in the country. So unorganized. Focus seems to be on the drive through and everyone else has to suffer.
